Cotton is a three bedroom cottage perfect for small groups or families with older children.
The comfortable living room has character beams and a wood burning stove for cosy evenings in. It has cinema sound TV, BluRay DVD player, and a Bose CD player, and ultrafast broadband means you can work as well as enjoy the stunning countryside outside your door.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob, and full size oven. Between these two rooms is the separate dining area, and there is an additional toilet next to the entrance hall downstairs.
On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms and the family bathroom with shower cubicle; bath towels are included. The main room has a king-size iron & brass bed, then there is a twin room and a single room. All have comfortable mattresses and top grade bedlinen.
There is a seating area to the front of the cottage for guest use. Guests can also make use of part of the shared garden and summer house.

This cottage is not suitable for children under 8 due to potential hazards in the garden and the wood burning stove. One well-behaved medium/larger dog or two smaller are welcome downstairs (unfortunately we can’t accommodate more than this or other pets).
There is a strict no smoking policy which includes vaping and e-cigarettes and applies everywhere in the property, including the grounds.
