Townhead Farm is a four bedroom extended, traditional farmhouse in the heart of the beautiful Peak District, just one mile out of the village of Hope. Sleeping 6 is it perfect for small groups or families with older children, offering plenty of space to both relax and socialise.

There is a master bedroom with king-size bed and modern en suite bathroom (large bath, separate shower and toilet). There is then a further double bedroom and two single rooms plus a shower room with toilet. All rooms have wonderful views out over the surrounding countryside and garden.

Downstairs the accommodation comprises a large and modern open plan kitchen and dining area with sofa seating offering wide views out over the valley. There is a large living room with wood burning stove and modern SMART TV plus a further “snug” room with smaller wood burner, perfect for warming through with a cuppa and a book after a winter walk. There is a downstairs toilet off the hall. 

Outside there is external seating for six on the patio area and a further lower terrace with additional seating plus access to the shared wider garden.

The cottage has excellent Wi-fi available so is the perfect location to mix work and walks in the countryside for those wanting a change of scene from the nine to five. 

There is ample parking for up to three cars outside the cottage.

There is a strict no smoking policy which includes vaping and e-cigarettes and applies everywhere in the property, including the grounds.

This cottage is not suitable for children under 8 due to potential hazards in the garden and the wood burning stove.
